Whether it’s a long trek through the Lava River Cave in Flagstaff, on the side of Horton Creek in Payson, or on top of the Superstition Mountains, Arizona has it all. Recently, my fellow students and I have gotten into the habit of hiking consistently every weekend for the past two months. And I must say, it’s been great. There’s such a calming presence that only nature can provide, along with the many health benefits that come with hiking, as opposed to the lazy, stay-at-home lifestyle most teens boast. "Whether you’re a senior in high school, or a senior citizen, there’s a hike for you.”
