SPOT Wins Another 3 Regional NATAS Awards

SPOT 127 students won three Rocky Mountain NATAS Student Production Awards at the regional Emmys on Saturday, Sept. 22.

The recipients are:
High School Commercial
Catherine Schwartzmann, Max Trapp, Ben Regalado - Healthy Relationship

High School Craft: Director
Michelle Ailport - Love is Respect

High School Craft: Talent
Autumn McElvogue, Kate Ourada - How Bullying Affects LGBT+ Youth

Also nominated: Ben Regalado for "Rescue" in the High School Public Service category and Balin Overstolz-McNair for "A Second Chance (Arizona Bird Rescue)" in the High School Video Essay (Single Camera Only) category.

This is the third consecutive year that SPOT 127 has taken home Student Production Awards.Congratulations to everyone recognized by the Rocky Mountain Regional Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS). SPOT 127 is honored to work with such talented students. A special thanks goes to the dedicated instructional staff and production assistants who work tirelessly to help students tell stories from their communities.
